Senior Business Analyst

The Job

As a Senior Business Analyst at Septentrio, you will play a pivotal role in leading the transformation of business processes by aligning technology with key business strategies. You’ll gain a holistic view of Septentrio’s organization and will be responsible for spearheading the improvement and digitalization of critical business workflows.

In this strategic role, you will be collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership teams to drive impactful solutions.

Your mission

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the effort to translate complex business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders to define and prioritize initiatives that align with Septentrio’s broader business goals.

You will take ownership of the full lifecycle of solution delivery—from initial scoping and design through implementation and quality assurance.

You will be a subject matter expert on key business platforms including Salesforce, SAP, Jira, and more. Your role will involve providing strategic direction for tool optimization and proactively identifying opportunities for system enhancements to support long-term business growth.

Moreover, you will drive enterprise-wide process harmonization, ensuring that digital solutions foster organizational efficiency. You will lead the creation of comprehensive documentation, training programs for managers and key users, and champion continuous improvement initiatives by staying ahead of industry trends.

Your qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience as a business analyst, with a proven track record of leading complex digital transformation projects.

Knowledge of SAP is essential, Salesforce is a plus.

Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to strategize and implement large-scale business improvements.

Proven leadership experience—you have led cross-functional teams and influenced executive-level decision-making.

Results-driven, with the ability to independently manage high-impact projects.

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical acumen with the ability to see the big picture while managing details.
